Question 1: Who do you believe should appoint the next Justice of the Supreme Court for the seat that was previously held by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg?
Trump / Pence
Biden / Harris
Undecided
Third Party
Stunned to see the hypocrisy of Republican Senators who in 2016 prevented President Obama from his choice of Merrick Garland as it was an election year, and who now have gone back on the standard they insisted on previously.
Trump should fill the seat and really there is no room for argument on this one. Last I checked Trump is still President and the Republicans control the Senate. Any other argument is purely political posturing. What would Democrats do if it was all reversed? The Democrats have no one to blame but Harry Reid and themselves for ending the 60 votes needed in the Senate for a vote on judicial confirmation. Let them reap what they sow.
A presidential term is four years. Appointing justices is part of the job. He is obligated to do his job. His term is not over. The end.
Fully expect RBG to be replaced before Inauguration Day, but that it will cost the GOP control of the Senate (especially if it happens before election day).
Question 3: Would a vacant seat on the Supreme Court make you more likely to vote, less likely to vote or have no effect?
Though plenty of political pundits have already talked about the political ramifications of a vacant (or filled) Supreme Court seat, it’s not too influential in the Tinaverse.
Trump / Pence
Biden / Harris

Question 4: Realizing you may feel many things about the upcoming Presidential Election, which best describes how you're currently feeling about it?
One thing that unites us all… We’re all nervous.
Trump / Pence
Biden / Harris
Undecided
Third Party
I can’t believe that Trump / Republicans are trying to push through a Supreme Court Justice before the election given their staunch arguments to the contrary in 2016. I’m excited for them to be beaten and for the Democrats to increase the size of the Court.
I chose "excited" for the presidential election question because I'm "excited" for all of the campaign propaganda on both sides to be over, for the fearmongering and overpoliticization of issues (on both sides) to stop, and for us all to have a chance at a normal life again.
Do you genuinely believe we’ll go back to a “normal life” after the election?
Question 5: You walk into an ice cream parlor, but they only have vanilla and chocolate. What do you order?
Okay chocolate but if it was soft serve, then i'll take a twist in a cup all day. By the way, cups or cones? If cones, sugar cones that you can bite the bottom off and suck the ice cream out of or the ones that taste like cardboard but stand up on their own and are still somewhat satisfying to deconstruct bite by bite?
Okay, wow.
Make it all the way through but forget to answer today’s questions?
